On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to your community website!

The purpose of the website is to improve communications, make it easy for you to locate your HOA forms and documents for your convenience and allow residents to quickly find information about the happenings in our community as well as to give you access to resources you may use for making your new house a home.

The Thousand Oaks HOA Board of Directors is elected by the community and serves to guide, support, and maintain the neighborhood.

Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee reviews improvement requests and helps maintain the visual harmony of the neighborhood.
